Helpful suggestions and our commitment behind our prints (revised 1-26-2024)

  • Avoid touching the printed surface of your prints.  Skin oils, dirt and other matter on your hands can spoil your prints.

  • Avoid allowing your prints of our photographs to be exposed to strong or direct sunlight.

  • Using acid free mats and backer boards will ensure your prints will maintain their color and image quality.

Large print sizes should be secured to proper backer boards by your local frame shop.  Ask for their suggestions and guidance in making mat, framing and protective glass (or other glazing material) selections that will protect your investment.

If you take care your prints of our photographs we believe your prints will last a minimum of fifty years.  During the first twelve months after your purchase of one of our prints, you should find a problem with one of our prints to be due to our printing or our handling of your print we will refund your paid purchase price upon receiving in our office what you believe to the defective print.

(Please understand your print will not exactly match the image that you view on your computer's monitor. There many computer setting variations and viewing resolutions, we have attempted to present very accurate computer images for this web site, yet we know that there will be variations.)

Remember that damage to our printed photographs due to exposure to excessive heat, strong light, direct sun light and damage resulting from the matting and framing of a print is not considered a defect in our photographs.

We believe that our prints are of archive quality and properly cared for will give you years of enjoyment.

If we can be of assistance with any questions about our photographic prints contact either of us.
