This is the origination of our web site. You may be one of our first patrons.  We appreciate your visit to our site.  Please let us know if you have questions, comments or suggestion regarding the limited edition prints we are offering.

Each photograph shown on the collection pages includes the price information. The stated price includes the cost of shipping, and if applicable, sales tax.  We are Kansas born and wish to rely on the time honored principle of trust for providing you with a print of one of our photographs. Please carefully read the following payment information as we are basing our entry into this endeavor on trust.

Submit your order by e-mail directly to the photographer. Below each limited edition print there is an e-mail link for you to click.  For other prints, please send me an email request.  Be sure to include the following information:

• Your telephone number(s), mailing name and address information,  print title, print size and price information for the photograph of your choice.

• If there was choice of paper, be sure to give us your selection.

• Your agreement to promptly send payment for your print when it is received and accepted.

When we receive your email we will send you a confirmation e-mail reply and we will print your copy of our photograph. It will be signed and numbered and sent to you in about 10 days from the date of your email. We will keep you informed by email, or if needed by telephone, of the status of the printing of you print and when it is shipped to you.

Included in our shipping package to you will be our bill for that print. When you receive your print, please remit payment by your personal check or by money order. We do not yet accept credit cards. We feel that our customers will enjoy our prints and will honor us by submitting their payments in a timely fashion.

When payment is received we will send to you a paid statement which you may wish to keep with your print. This "paid" receipt should add to the provenance of your print, provide further evidence of the collectable quality of our photographic work and may enhance its future value.

Based on this trust, we know that we will enjoy establishing a relationship with you as one of our patrons.

Orders Originating Outside of the United States - Pricing and Payment Information
We have not yet established pricing, shipping and payment methods for orders originating beyond the boarders of the United States. Please contact us by email if you are interested in obtaining a print of one of our photographs. We will work with you to find the best way of completing your request.

All photographs exhibited and offered on this the HayesGalleries.com web site are the copy write property of John Hayes and/or Bob Hayes.  All authorized prints from these photographic digital files will be signed and numbered by the photographer John Hayes or Bob Hayes.  Any printing and distribution of unauthorized prints of the the photographs exhibited and offered on this the HayesGalleries.com web site will be considered as a violation of he photographer’s copy write.
Photographer’s rights to edit the content of each photograph is reserved by John Hayes or Bob Hayes.
